Meh ler aku sambung balik stori mori pasal our company annual training...... Tis year, xtvt mmg laa teramat packed sebab sampai malam......Started around 10am until 11pm..... Just take a break for lunch and tea time only while the rest, kena laa kan complete overall training...... It's 70 and 30 outdoor and indoor training...... Very tired and mengah koo kena berlari-lari....hihihihihihihihihi

Overall, memang sangat ENJOY and REFRESH bila balik semula bekerja.....hihihihihihi....... Sampai sekarang tak abis2 lagik bercerita pasal training nih....... Most importantly, FOOD ARE AWESOME.....and MARVELOUS....... That place OMG memang teramat cantik......RIleks and wonderful service and view sangat hijau dan nyaman!!!!

Hampir setiap kali short break mesti lepas tuh makan...makan...makan...... And rugi kalo tak makan...... While my family - kids and Babah dah penat rileks kat log house (kami amik yg triple room - nnt laa bila FREE aku hupload gambar)...then dah puas mandi swimming pool....dah puas jalan2 kat Melaka..... and IBU still tak abis training......huhuhuhuhuhuhu

Kali nih team aku kami beri nama "OCEAN BLUE".......sesuai dengan our team colour...BLUE...... And ada laa seekor kumbang ajer yg menyeri taman..... Yelah dah hampir 97 percent staff adalah pompuan....Nasib baik ada lelaki seorang which is my Executive Director........ We having lots of fun....... Even though tak menang.....But we overall we contribute almost most of the monies to the company.....And we 200 percent achieved our company target....... Before , in the contract, we only budget around RM1.2Mil....... But overall result, we have achieved RM2.28MIL.....

Thanks to Minda Work and Encik Fauzan who handling this training.......It's been a great training with lots of learning which has improved our personal skills...... Insya Allah, next year, kaload a lagik.....Kami pergi lagik........YEAHHHHH

Last week, setelah bertungkus lumus selama 3 bulan for this training, at last, Congratulations to everyone who had attended this annually training......... And for me, memang aku rasa lega dan tersenyum lebar sbb segala yg di rancang berjalan dengan lancar & jayanya!!!!!!! So for this year, Management has decided to let all staff participated in "PERSONAL SKILLS & DEVELOPMENT TRAINING 2012".......

Cam aku bagi tau kat FB, we olls pegi PHILEA RESORT HOTEL & SPA on 29 Sept to 30 Sept 2012. It's 2D1N programmes..... Sambil berkursus, dapat laa menikmati suasana dan resort yg teramat cantik nih.....Hmmm 5 Star Resort...... Macam tak mo balik ajer.....Kali nih aku angkut anak2 sekali pergi.....Memandangkan Nazihah punya birthday pada 30 September, we olls nak celebrate kat PHILEA.......yippeee!!!!!!

Nanti laa aku citer lagik...... Most of the staff nih almost 97% budak pompuan yg masih freshies and muda2 belaka. Cuma aku ajer yg agak kertu....Tapi takpe kan bila di kelilingi oleh budak2 muda, hati pun terasa MUDA REMAJA.....Hihihihihihihi.... Sakit satu badan berlari-lari dan kejar mengejar masih lagik tak hilang.... Tapi aku mmg enjoy bangat........ At least dapat gak HOLIDAY.......

Our 1st Team Building Training bertempat di Impiana, Cherating pada cuti sempena 1 Malaysia pada 16, 17 dan 18 September 2011. Walaupun masih dalam MOOD RAYA tapi sbb dah COMPULSARY, so kami gagahkan diri jugak laa menghadiri TRAINING ini..... Me, memandangkan orang yg bertanggungjawap and also JOINTLY ORGANISER for this event, sangat teruja dan bersemangat nak menjayakan xtvt sebegini...... Most of participant are still below 30's, so aku pun kena laa menjadik MUDA REMAJA gak....huhuhuhuhu boleh kira hanya beberapa orang sahaja yg berumur 30++++ ke atas including ME......

To instill TEAM WORK among collegues and also D' Boss.....sememangnya event ini sangat berjaya!!!! We olls really have sooo much FUN & THRILL with the xtvt by our Universal Team Builder. Overall, d xtvt were not so Extreme and most suitable for almost 90 percent of participants which is GIRL POWER!!!!!
